Hello my name is Bill Martin MFT

Relationship and marriage counseling, sexual problems, low sex drive, sex addiction, pornography addiction, drug and alcohol abuse, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, couple and family concerns. These are some of the areas, in the recent past, where I have helped people like yourself in face-to-face meetings at my office, or by telephone, or online.

People have found me caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and experienced with life. I come humbly to my work as a psychotherapist with years of work in my own therapy; walking away from my own addictions and resolving many of my own issues.

I am a Licensed Marriage, Family Therapist in the State of California and have been working in the field about 12 years. I have an association with the McDonald Center in La Jolla California, the acclaimed Chemical Dependency treatment program at Scripps Hospital. Other programs in which I presently practice include Halcyon Crisis Center and YMCA Family Stress Counseling Services. At Halcyon we treat depression, bipolar disorders, and schizophrenia. At YMCA Family Stress Counseling Services, along with more general counseling, I work in the specialized area of sexual abuse.
